Our work included extensive MMC supplier engagement and a review of systems against Be First’s key strategic and delivery objectives, and an outline of how Be First should look to adapt its development processes to enable MMC delivery.
We combined this strategic support with site-based support, reviewing proposals for the use of MMC on a key development site where we highlighted practical risks and opportunities, while also facilitating an MMC-led delivery solution on a second site.
