Cast has been working with Guild Living to define and streamline how their business operates, developing their development process from site acquisition through planning, design, procurement construction and handover to their sales and operations teams.

Cast has also played a leading role in the establishment of the Guild Living Alliance, which centres around the use of a collaborative alliancing form of contract (based on an amended NEC 4 form of contract) to deliver more certainty around critical outcomes (such as programme and cost). This has involved the creation of a Contractor framework agreement and early contractor involvement (via PCSA, from RIBA Stage 2) on all the Guild Living projects which it is believed will add value around buildability.
