East Village Plot N06 is located in East Village, Stratford, close to the London 2012 Olympic Park.
The project is a BTR scheme, with 524 units, which will be managed by Get Living. In total, there are two residential towers (up to 30 storeys high) and two podium blocks (both 10 storeys above ground) and one sky bridge linking 2 towers at the 10th storey. There is a single storey basement and commercial space at the ground floor level. Overall GIFA 54,981m2.
The scheme was designed by Hawkins Brown and Constructed by Mace using their innovative Mace Tech solution and is due for completion in October 2021.
