Cast were in the news again recently when our CEO, Mark Farmer appeared in the latest series of Grand Designs aired on Channel 4 and hosted by Kevin McCloud. The episode was centered on a couple moving out of their orginal post war prefabricated home in Kent and commissioning a new high quality custom built Category 1 volumetric home. With reference to his 2016 Modernise or Die report, Mark briefly set out to Kevin why the construction indusry needs to reform and the ESG related benefits of doing so in terms of less process waste, reduced embodied carbon and lower energy bills.
