MMC Categorisation

This definition framework is an output of the UK Government’s MHCLG Joint Industry Working Group on MMC. It is tasked with improving stakeholder education and understanding of MMC, with particular reference to enabling better access to mortgage finance, insurance and assurance.

The Pre-manufactured Value Estimator will assist public and private clients, contractors and manufacturers to align and meet sector performance goals.
