This week, Cast CEO Mark Farmer chaired a special webinar organised by the Building Better Housing Association consortium and sponsored by Top Hat. Within the webinar, Farmer looked at the importance of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) in driving the industry’s recovery post-COVID-19.
During the webinar, he discusses the need for a more collaborative and structured supply chain, increased productivity and the equal inclusion of SMEs and larger manufacturers to rebalance this economic growth recovery.
Headlining the webinar was the Housing Minister, Chris Pincher, who explained the government’s ongoing commitment to MMC, alongside speakers from Homes England, National Housing Federation, Top Hat and Building Better.
