Through engagement and volunteering programmes, Cast is seeking to address issues as diverse as homelessness, ethical sourcing, and local economy promotion.

We also want to drive improved diversity and inclusion in our workforce and in the broader industry. We currently have a diverse environment, including just under 17% female representation in our team, with people from all backgrounds, but we expect to see a much more diverse make up in the years ahead as construction modernises and the talent pool widens.
