Refurbishment of an existing hotel to create a new all-inclusive co-living offering consisting of 300 serviced apartments, rooftop pavilion, gym, mixed amenity rooms, shared quiet and open flexible workspaces.
Wembley Ark is the first co-living offering from Ark and their concept focused on interior design, an enhanced social and amenity offering above their competitors. The new 300m2 rooftop pavilion is the key differentiator, offering 360-degree views over the surrounding area, with outdoor terrace, shared kitchen, living space and a private event room available for all guests.
The project was handed over through a series of sectional completions to allow phased occupation of the building whilst the new pavilion construction works were completed. This approach to occupation was facilitated by the generous amenity offering within the basement and ground floor being delivered in the first phase of works. This enabled these areas to act as a marketing tool for the management team and ensured guests had access to a gym, media room, yoga room and flexible workspace from their first day as members of Wembley Ark.
Cast provided project management, contract administration and cost management services for a joint venture between Generation Estates, Re:Shape Living and Crosstree Real Estate Partners.
